All Tulip Roman Headrail drive units can be changed quite easily. Just loosen three screws and slide out the drive unit. Remove the other end cap and place it in the other end of the track. Place the drive unit it in the other end of the track. You may have to loosen the spool and click it down to allow the drive rod to slide into the drive unit. Tighten up the screw on the drive shaft, tighten up the two screws in the drive clamp... all done.
